Despite Microsoft owning the company, Rare continues to develop for portable Nintendo systems. After releasing
Sabre Wulf and
Donkey Kong Country 3 for the GBA, it's time for the DS to get something special.
Diddy Kong Racing is indeed being developed by Rare for the Nintendo DS. It won't be a straight port either. There will be touch screen and microphone support, in addition to WiFi enabled multiplayer. You'll also be able to design your own tracks.
